These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and savabet ("savabet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the savabet website located at savabet.one and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the savabet Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

savabet makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your location.

To access the full features of the savabet Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register for a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) savabet account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. savabet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying savabet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Keeping your registered contact details, including your GCash or PayMaya number and email address, up to date.

savabet will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from savabet that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

savabet supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at savabet's discretion.

All funds deposited into your savabet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

• Minimum deposit: As stated on the savabet deposit page, subject to change.
• Minimum withdrawal: As stated on the savabet withdrawal page, subject to change.
• Withdrawal processing time: savabet aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, subject to identity verification and fraud checks. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes once approved.
• KYC verification: savabet may require you to submit identity documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

savabet reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if the request is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

savabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• savabet reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.

savabet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream and are subject to the rules displayed at the relevant table.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, savabet reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players' accounts.
• savabet reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any game at any time.
• Winnings will be credited to your savabet account balance upon settlement of the relevant game round or event.

For sports betting markets, savabet follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, savabet's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body — shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the savabet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to savabet immediately.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward savabet staff or other players.
• Registering or using the Platform on behalf of another person.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

savabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

savabet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from savabet.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any savabet trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, savabet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

savabet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. savabet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

savabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

savabet complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

savabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination for cause, savabet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in your account. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your savabet account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. savabet operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
