This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how savabet ("savabet," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of users ("you," "your," or "Player") who access or use the savabet online casino platform available at savabet.one (the "Platform").

savabet does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate contractual safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, to process your deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party services that assist savabet in verifying your identity, age, and the authenticity of documents you submit.

In all cases where savabet shares your data with third-party processors, those parties are required to implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures and to process your data only in accordance with savabet's documented instructions.

savabet retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and regulation. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines.
• Financial and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the AMLC and applicable tax regulations.
• Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the relevant gaming session.
• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent, as evidence of your preferences.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, savabet will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures. Anonymised data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

• Right to be informed: The right to know whether savabet holds personal data about you, and to receive clear information about how it is used — which this Policy provides.
• Right of access: The right to request a copy of the personal data savabet holds about you, along with information about how it is processed.
• Right to rectification: The right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data savabet holds about you.
• Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to savabet's legal retention obligations.
• Right to object: The right to object to processing of your personal data where savabet relies on legitimate interests as the legal basis, or where your data is used for direct marketing.
• Right to data portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.
• Right to lodge a complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe savabet has processed your personal data in violation of RA 10173.

The savabet Platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. savabet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If savabet becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. All funds held in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

savabet primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including game software suppliers and cloud infrastructure providers — may be located in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, savabet ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including:

• Contractual clauses that require the recipient to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required under RA 10173.
• Transfers only to countries or organisations that the NPC has determined provide an adequate level of data protection.
• Assessment of the data protection laws and practices of the recipient country prior to any transfer.

By using the savabet Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines, subject to the safeguards described above.

savabet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The most current version of this Policy will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where changes are material — for example, where we introduce a new purpose for processing your data or change the categories of third parties with whom we share your data — savabet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the savabet Platform following the posting of any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
